We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Unless you are purchasing
online, you may also pay for your shoes with personal check or money
order.
Shipping:
All products purchased on this website are shipped UPS ground service.
Other methods, including overnight service, are available by calling our
toll-free number 800-433-5541. All orders are processed within two (2)
business days from receipt. UPS delivery schedules vary from one to six
days depending on your location. Shipping and handling charges are based
upon items purchased and geographic location.
Special
Orders:
To order a style not included in this website, please
call us at 800-433-5541. All special orders
must be paid for in advance. A $20.00 minimum charge
will apply for all special orders. Deliveries on special
orders are usually 10-16 weeks, but can take longer.
Special order shoes are not returnable for any reason
since they cannot be resold.
Sales
Tax:
Georgia residents please add 6% for sales tax.
Exchanges
and Returns:
Please try your shoes on a clean, soft surface like carpet to prevent soiling of the suede soles. We will happily refund items returned within 21 days of receipt, if they:
* Are in the original packaging
* Have not been worn on a hard surface
* Are in like new resalable condition
Unfortunately, soiled, dyed, stoned, or special order shoes cannot be returned. Please use an outer shipping box, to make your return (like the one they arrived in). Unfortunately if the shoes are shipped in the manufacturer's box we must replace it. There will be a $10.00 cost for this. We recommend you return your item by UPS, FedEx or other insured and
traceable methods since we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
